Levi Conner

Chief Executive Officer – As CEO of EGX Exploration, Levi brings over 20 years of leadership across energy, enterprise IT, and emerging technology to the company’s mission of unlocking magma energy at global scale.

Robert Gaddy

Director of Projects & Field Operations – Robert leads EGX Exploration’s field operations and on-site drilling execution. He brings extensive operational experience managing complex energy projects in challenging environments and oversees all stages of the project lifecycle.

Jim Kueser

Chief Financial Officer – As CFO Jim leads MagmaPower’s finance and project development. He brings extensive experience in energy infrastructure investment, financing, and M&A across corporate and private equity sectors. He has successfully managed energy investment transactions globally, including in the U.S., Europe, and Asia.

Elliott Lowe

VP Drilling & Well Engineering – Elliott brings 18 years of drilling engineering experience at BP, ExxonMobil, and Qatargas, specializing in managed pressure drilling, high-pressure/high-temperature wells, and frontier operations in remote environments. He leads EGX Exploration’s drilling programme design and well engineering for the Tanna development.

Jason Thomas

Infrastructure & Government Relations Advisor — Jason brings decades of experience in field-based risk assessment, government strategy, and capital raising across the Pacific, Asia, and Africa. A trusted advisor to the Vanuatu Deputy Prime Minister, he guides EGX Exploration’s in-country stakeholder engagement, political risk management, and infrastructure planning for the Tanna development.

Strategic Business Development – Keaton leads global investment, joint-venture, and site development opportunities worldwide.
